Abstract
This OPA technical note presents The Alba Synchrotron, the only synchrotron light source that exists in Spain and the most important scientific facility in southwestern Europe. Alba currently has eight beamlines for experiments in different scientific and industrial fields, providing extremely valuable information to improve the properties of materials and their manufacturing methods. Its cutting-edge techniques offer clear advantages over conventional techniques.
